Processing & Shipping Timeline:

  1. Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  2. Shipping: Orders placed will be shipped on the next business day.

  3. Delivery Time: The delivery time will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

An order can be cancelled under the following condition:

  • The cancellation request must be received and acknowledged by GEEHAA FOODS within 6 hours of the order being placed.

  • To request a cancellation, please immediately contact us via [Your Contact Method, e.g., phone call or email] with your Order Number.

  • If the cancellation request is received after the 6-hour window or if the order has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation will not be accepted.

  • Approved cancellations will be processed, and a full refund will be initiated within [Number] business days.

 

NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our product, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy on all items sold.

Reason: Our products are perishable food items (premium puffed rice snacks) and cannot be returned to stock or resold due to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Exceptions (Damage/Incorrect Item):

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or if the wrong product was shipped, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. Clear photographs of the damaged product and/or the incorrect item received.

  • Upon verification, GEEHAA FOODS will, at its discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund for the cost of the damaged/incorrect item.
